KEEPING UP

Grey Damon can be found on two of the summer’s hottest TV series: the final season of NBC’s Friday Night Lights (we know, we can’t believe it’s ending, either) and ABC Family’s new series, The Nine Lives of Chloe King. But Grey is no newcomer – he made an impression on us with his role as the upstaging quarterback on Season 3 of HBO’s True Blood. He explains that the industry “is very demanding of your time,” but learned quickly that when he does get time off, to get his errands done first thing in the morning – “it sounds simple,” he comments, but notes that establishing a routine is important. In his spare time, he likes to make sure he can relax, and one of his favorite ways is drawing cartoons. He also spends time on his computer, whether it be writing or listening to and making music. To keep himself moving, he recently took up boxing, and every now and then heads to a club in downtown LA to swing dance.
